The Rib of Beef is matured on the bone to develop flavour and tenderness. To help you order we have presented a 5 rib roast in our picture (8kg), as a guide:
- 2kg should feed 4 people.
- 3kg should feed 6 people.
- 4kg should feed 8 people
This roasting joint is perfect fodder for a Sunday dinner with all the trimmings and can be found as one of our roasting boxes in the 'fresh box section'.
